The story takes place in a small town, where the male protagonist, Alex, and the female protagonist, Lily, meet at a bar called "Heart's Delight". They accidentally spend an insane night together but wake up to an awkward situation next morning: not only broke but also unintentionally signed a contract to pretend as loving couple in front of their respective exes who are about to marry someone else. Through a series of hilarious events, they discover hidden feelings for each other beneath their fake relationship. Eventually finding true happiness and love within the complicated web of relationships.
